3. Record Keeping

All attestations are logged with order records and maintained for a minimum of 3 years.

4. False Attestation

Providing false attestation is a violation of our Terms of Use and may constitute fraud under applicable law.

5. Institutional Buyers

Institutional purchase orders include attestation by the authorized signatory on behalf of the purchasing organization.
