Researcher Attestation Policy
Every order placed with Valence Peptides requires the purchaser to complete a researcher attestation at checkout. The attestation confirms that the purchaser is acquiring research compounds for legitimate laboratory or scientific research purposes, that the compounds will not be used for human consumption or veterinary use, and that the purchaser understands Valence Peptides products are not drugs, supplements, or medical products. Each attestation is logged and associated with the order record.
SECTION 02
Regulatory Framework
Valence Peptides supplies research chemicals intended for in vitro and preclinical research use only. Our products are not approved by the FDA or any other regulatory body for human or veterinary use, and are not marketed as such. We comply with all applicable federal and state regulations governing the supply of research chemicals, including labeling, recordkeeping, and shipping requirements. Where compounds are subject to specific scheduling or import restrictions in particular jurisdictions, Valence Peptides reserves the right to decline orders.
SECTION 03
Prohibited Uses
Valence Peptides products may not be used for: (1) human consumption of any kind, including ingestion, injection, inhalation, or topical application to humans; (2) veterinary or animal husbandry use outside of properly approved preclinical research protocols; (3) resale, repackaging, or distribution to end consumers; (4) use in any product marketed as a dietary supplement, cosmetic, drug, or medical device. Customers found to be in violation of these terms will have their accounts permanently closed.
SECTION 04
Record Keeping
Valence Peptides maintains complete purchase records for every order, including purchaser identification, attestation, product details, lot numbers, and shipping records. Records are retained in accordance with applicable industry standards. Where legally required, records are made available to regulatory authorities upon valid request. Customers may request a copy of their own order records by contacting compliance@valencepeptides.com.
